Damages, faults & errors
If your goods arrive damaged, faulty or in error, Fellini Home is here to fully support you. All claims are handled by our friendly customer care team who are happy to help.
We kindly ask you to provide us with as much information as possible at this stage, to allow us to deliver a prompt resolution. Failure to supply the below information may result in a delay to your claim.
A member of our team will confirm receipt of your form within 48-72 business hours.
To allow us to resolve this for you as quickly as possible, please provide ALL the below:
Images of the product received (demonstrating any damages/faults/errors).
Images of the packaging (demonstrating how the item/s were packaged inside on arrival as well as showing any damage the packaging has suffered).
Images of any packaging labels (both brand labels as well as courier labels).
Images of any labels or stickers on the product itself.

Our customer care team will aim to provide you with a resolution within 5-7 working days of receipt of your email. Time must be allowed for investigation by Fellini Home, as well as the brand suppliers and/or delivery agents before a resolution can be provided.
*Please note, in case of more complex claims or national holidays and shutdowns, additional investigation time may be required.
The return of goods may be necessary under the claim. When sending any item back to us, it is important that you save all the original packaging. Please make sure it is packaged as it was when it arrived with you. If packaging was damaged, extra packaging may be required. Our customer care team are on hand to give guidance on this.
